This 290,000 square foot, 8-story research laboratory project, occupied in 2005, is a part of a new mixed-use development at Boston's Charles River Plaza near Mass General Hospital. It houses several new thematic research centers generally focused on genetic research. The facility includes not only research spaces but also support services such as a dining center, conference center, data center and a 20,000 square foot Vivarium.
