Clinical Research Center
A 30,000 sf partial renovation of the second floor of Building 149 at the Charlestown Navy Yard for use in conducting Clinical Trials by the Massachusetts General Hospital. The large floor plate and low floor to floor heights promoted a design utilizing multiple layers of borrowed lights with modulated ceiling planes to draw natural light deep into the program areas. Components of the program included:

- Pediatric MRI training
- Gerontology, Neurogenetics, OCD
- Conference Center
- Examination Suite
- Pharmacy
- Optical Lab
- Office and Support Areas
