The project is an 83,000 sf fit-up of a satellite multi-disciplinary ambulatory care center on three floors of a new four story medical office building. The services include a full spectrum of radiology modalities, medical and surgical specialties, cardiac diagnostic, pharmacy, orthopedic and rehab, primary care and a four operating room ambulatory surgery suite. The facility is part of the larger Patriot Place mixed-use development located immediately adjacent to Gillette Stadium. This project included the fit-up and furnishing of 16,000 gsf of shell/core space for use by the rehabilitation program in a satellite facility. The program includes a large Swimex pool, as well as equipment for joint/muscles and cardiac rehabilitation. This project required interior design as well as architectural and full MEP services. The plans were subject to Massachusetts DPH review.
