Westbrook Crossing Clubhouse
Linea 5, inc. has designed a community building that serves as a meeting place for residents at a new condominium project in Shrewsbury, MA. The building is a centerpiece for the project. With an area of about 2400 square feet, the clubhouse has a couple of small living rooms, a large meeting room, toilet rooms, a kitchen, and staff areas. Storage and a garage are underneath the main level. A wrap around porch and trellis connect the building to community gardens to the South, while to the North, a patio overlooks park area.
