In phased construction, two additions and extensive renovation provided a new youth sailing education area, snack bar, showers, lounge, stair, and roof deck for this historically protected building on the harbor. The new space on the upper level involved careful structural repair and redesign of existing roof trusses, and the architectural aesthetic was the focus of extensive design review.
