Boston College, Devlin Hall
The renovated Devlin Hall houses on the main entrance floor a Visitor’s Center for the Undergraduate Admissions, which will be the first introduction to Boston College for all prospective undergraduate students and their parents. Integral to the functioning of the Visitor’s Center is a 90-seat tiered Information Room in which presentations, both live and audiovisual in nature, will be made to larger groups of students and parents. The renovation brought Devlin Hall to full code compliance, including accessibility for the disabled, and is air-conditioned throughout with special attention to stringent criteria for temperature and humidity control in the Art Museum to aid in the conservation of unique and sometimes fragile works of art.
